Who knew? So I have been super OP with Weight Watchers for the past 5 weeks. I have even begun exercising, which I have not done in the past with
Wewa.
I have been doing the DVD 30 day shred with Jillian
Michaels. And for kicks I decided to go over to my parents house and walk on
their treadmill a few times a week. I was
disappointed with the number of
APs I earn while walking on the
treadmill. So to amp up the
APs a bit I thought "maybe I should try running"? So I ran. The first few times I would
walk for 5 minutes then run for a minute. And repeat a few more times. But last night I walked 5 minutes ran than ran for 12 minutes straight. I'm sure this is not a great accomplishment for some. But I have not ran in 15 yrs.
I played soccer in high school, but due to knee injuries that required surgery, I thought I could never run again.
My goal is to be under 200 lbs by May. I want to be able to walk and run outside as soon as the weather permits. Which I figure will be by the end of March, or the
beginning of April.
I started this blog at 249 lbs. I am now 214.4.
